LISA SKAIST is a highly skilled attorney in both business transactional and litigation matters. Ms. Skaist provides her clients with a unique and valued perspective, as a result of her ability to seamlessly navigate from business operations to handling complex litigation proceedings. She represents individuals, small businesses, and large corporations.

Ms. Skaist’s transactional practice includes developing entity formations, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements for a variety of business and corporate concerns. She works with physician and medical groups and the complex issues and restrictions with which they contend, including entity formations and establishing buy-sell agreements.

Ms. Skaist is equally adept at handling complex commercial and business disputes, as well as issues arising from bankruptcy. She handles litigation involving construction loans, addresses the nuances involved in guarantor liability, and the impact of a loan sale by and through the FDIC.
